For your quick reference here are some our the most common questions asked.

How do I pay?

Once you have added your items into the shopping cart, you can pay utilising paypal, direct deposit or BPay . The website will automatically take you to the Paypal site with the total of your order.

For Bank deposits or BPAY the details are display on screen once you have confirmed your order. If you miss the details please contact us and we will email you with the details.

Do I have to have a Paypal account?

No. The payment gateway we use, paypal, does not require you to have an account or create an account to pay your order. There is a link on the paypal payment screen for non-account holders and you can pay with your credit card for the one-off order. Your details are not saved and are very secure. A padlock will appear in the bottom of your screen which means the connection is secure!

I use to be able to pay by direct deposit can I still?

Yes. Unfortunately this is not an automated process and the online functionality does not exist. For orders that are to be paid with direct deposit please email your order through to info@chockadoo.com.au.

I want to buy something that I can't find on the site?

Drop us an email and we are more than happy to review your request. If we have stocked it previously then we will be able to provide it again. It may be that the item is no longer in stock and hence we have removed it from the site temporarily. However we no longer sell Kilns or brass presses. These items required pre-order and significant delays were incurred. As we wish to sell only what we have in stock we have removed these items from our catalog.

Can you mix Bullseye and Effetre?

No. They have different COE's which means they will cool at different rates and will crack on cooling.

Can I see the colours in person or do you have a shopfront?

No. We use to have a shopfront as the overhead was so much that we could no longer provide cost effective products to you our clients. We aim to provide the best photographs and costing on the products we have to ensure you an accurate and cost effective hobby or vocation.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are packed usually within 24 hours of confirmation of payment.

For Sydney residents the orders take 1 business day through Australia Post so allow 2 days to receive your order.  For all other areas in Australia, we send the orders express post so you should receive your orders within 1 day or as soon as possible based on the Express Post system.

For orders outside Australia please ask and we will check the Australia Post guidelines. Please note that postage for international orders is an estimate only and we strongly recommend you request a quote in advance.
