Returns

All returns or exchanges will be excluding shipping costs which will need to paid upfront. 

For items received that are broken, mail the items back and a refund or replacement will be posted back for free. Refunds or replacements will not be processed until the faulty item is returned.

If you incorrectly choose an item we reserve the right to refuse to exchange the item, particularly glass, as the freight increases the risk of breakage.
