- Trautman Art Glass (TAG), makes what is widely considered to be the finest glass on the market for torch or “lampwork” artists, used in collectible marbles, sculptures, ornaments, jewellery, barware and other artistic applications.
Historically they made batches of COE104. We have found a small batch of Montuno and are offering it while stocks last. It is 5-7mm in diameter and 33-35cm long.

It is available in lots of 250 grams.

Behaviour:

- Reduces to metallic blue or green depending on the base composition
- Some rods strike streaky opaque blues, purples, or greens
- Can be encased to preserve effects
Tips for working with Montuno:
- Test rods individually — results vary between transparent, opaque, and “in-between” rods
- Try both reducing and striking flames
- Encase to trap the reduction sheen
Because it's marked un-reproducible, it’s rare and worth hanging onto or using for special pieces. -
