Important Shipping Update on Effetre, Bullseye and CPI

We wanted to update you on the status of our shipments from the US and Italy. Unfortunately, multiple orders, including Effetre, Bullseye Glass and Creative Paradise Inc. (CPI) moulds, are currently  delayed. 

Our Effetre Order has only partially been delivered and hence rod/frit and Millefiori are missing! We do know it didn't reach Australia so it's either still in Italy or its lost! This means we will need to potentially reorder everything and this will be pending Insurance claims. 

Out US order for Bullseye Glass and Creative Paradise is being held by US Customs, and we have not been provided an estimated time of arrival.

We know many of you have been eagerly waiting for these products, and we sincerely apologise for the delay. While we are working with our shipping partners to get things moving, the situation is unfortunately out of our hands at this stage.

As soon as we receive any updates, we will let you know. In the meantime, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
