I love to incorporate frit into my mosaics. I have purchased a wide variety of frit from Chockadoo and my latest purchase of Chartreuse transparent frit is gorgeous. It blends very well with slivers and shards of dalle de verre as well as with other mosaic materials such as smalti and mineral rocks. I love it.

I replaced the skin tones on my Art Deco mosaic with Light Peach Cream Opaque Bullseye 034 (3mm) after the texture of my original glass didn’t suit the project. The smooth, opaque finish completely elevated the piece, giving it a much cleaner and more refined look. It cuts beautifully and is perfect for portrait work. I’ll definitely be using it again.

I can’t wait to try this beautiful glass, the colours enticed me to try them out. I usually use 96 but with nothing in that range comparable, I decided to bite the bullet and order some. My delivery came quickly and well packed.
I usually use 96 glass but have been bored with the colour choices lately so decided to try this beautiful glass from Bullseye. I’ve bought a selection of other colours as well. I had to go away just after my delivery arrived, which by the way was very quick and very well packed. Can’t wait to get home and try it out.
