  • Cold Characteristics

    Although termed an opal due to its almost total lack of light transmission, this is (in terms of its composition) a transparent glass.

    Working Notes

    Low viscosity. It will flow sooner and more than other glasses. In very thin sections, the colour may vary from reddish/grey to bluish/grey.

Bullseye stiff Black opaque glass is fantastic!

I use a lot of Bullseye Stiff Black opaque for my local Birdlife I enjoy creating.by fusing. One of my latest pieces being a female black cockatoo which is preening its beautiful tail. I named her Cockatoo Sunrise. She is being entered into the Hinchinbrook Birdlife art awards which starts the beginning of August. Bullseye Stiff Black opaque glass is very versatile and easy to cut and fuse.
