Bullseye 337 Butterscotch Striker Opaque frit offers a warm, creamy golden-brown tone that develops its full colour during firing, suitable for a wide range of fused glass applications. Medium grade frit provides strong colour with visible texture and good melt control.

This frit is produced from crushed, screened, and magnetically cleaned Bullseye-compatible sheet glass to ensure consistency and compatibility within the Bullseye COE 90 system.

Cold Characteristics

Opalescent. Slight mottle and orange-peel texture.

Working Notes

At full fuse and capped with clear glass, the mottling usually remains. When fired uncapped, the mottling is less obvious and the colour evens out to become more consistent.

This style is not suitable for kiln casting because it can become incompatible when held at high temperatures for an extended period. It may also become incompatible in instances where processes exceed the parameters of the test for compatibility. Testing is recommended when heat work exceeds these parameters.
