The annealing Temperature range is 505- 520 Celsius. 

Another working note from our Customer and Tester, Liz DeLuca, said:

"This rich shade of yellow glass reminds me of daffodils in bloom.

In rod form, it looks solid and bright, but creates a different narrative in the flame once it is cooled!

I used this glass to create sculpted floral beads using brass leaf shapers and assembling all parts in the flame.

You can see that when pressed between the brass shapers, the leaves appear to be transparent.

In some places where the glass is thick, it takes on an opal-like appearance, giving the entire appearance of the flower a two tone effect. Stringers pulled from this Opal yellow glass remained transparent and clear, showing no signs of opacity.

The smaller,  dense spacer bead showed evidence of colour separation, almost creating a layered and transparent effect, again giving the appearance of glass curling and separation".
