The bead release powder is provided in a bag. The sample is a container as shown in the photo.
You add water to the powder in your chosen vessel, e.g., a spice jar and mix until it's a cream consistency.
Mostly used for airdry, but I have flamedried - just need to go slow on heating it up or it will "POP".

INSTRUCTIONS Per 150 Grams:
Pour 150g of bead release into a jar or similar of your choice. Add approximately 9 tablespoons of water to the contents and mix thoroughly until the mixture has a consistency like thickened cream. Dip the mandrels into the mixture, coating at least 4cm. Let the bead release dry thoroughly before using (approximately 4 hours). Lightly heat mandrels before applying hot glass.
WARNING:
When mixing the dry powder with water, wear eye protection and a suitable dust mask to prevent inhalation. This product contains an ingredient that is known to cause cancer. Crystalline silica causes lung cancer, eye irritation, skin irritation, and respiratory irritation.
