THIS IS A STRIKING COLOUR, which means that it requires heat from a kiln to mature to the colour shown.
Many colours in Bullseye's range that are striking colours may appear pale or even colourless when you receive them. The colours mature to a target colour when fired in a kiln at the right temperature.Not recommended for Stained Glass or Mosaics.

Cold Characteristics
Surface colour variations are common, with colour ranging from cool white to pink with variegated streaks. The underside of the sheet can show patches of light and dark patterning from the forming process.
Working Notes
Matures to pastel pink upon firing, often with mottles and streaks remaining. Additionally, this style often fires with a range of pale pink, darker pink and blue-ish pink hues and is not uniform in colour. The underside of the sheet can show patches of light and dark patterning from the forming process.
Interface reaction is possible with sulphur glasses, particularly 000137 French Vanilla Opal.
Three production dates of lead bearing 000431-0030 horizontally as a base with sulphur bearing 000137 French Vanilla Frit in 03, 02, 01, 08 as vertical stripes on the top surface showing the reactive potential. The sample was fired to a full fuse.
