Sold as a Thin Sheet, which is approximately 250 x 210 x 2mm*
THIS IS A STRIKING COLOUR, which means that it requires heat from a kiln to mature to the colour shown.
Many colours in Bullseye's range that are striking colours may appear pale or even colourless when you receive them. The colours mature to a target colour when fired in a kiln at the right temperature. Not recommended for Stained Glass or Mosaics.
Compatible with COE090.
*The dimensions may vary slightly depending on the sheet

Striker
This style may not reveal (strike to) its target colour until fired.
Cold Characteristics
Colour variations common from red-orange to terracotta. Frequently lightly streaked and with yellow mottling on the back of the single-rolled sheet.
Working Notes
A cadmium/selenium glass. It can react with lead-bearing glasses or overglazes. Possible reactions with 001311, 001215. Much colour variation is typical upon firing. If a specific colour is important, always test it before beginning the project. Use glasses from the same dates. Do not assume that sheets of the same colour when cold will fire identically.
This style is unsuitable for kiln casting because it can become incompatible when held at high temperatures for an extended period. It may also become incompatible in instances where processes exceed the parameters of the test for compatibility. Testing is recommended when heat work exceeds these parameters.
